Almond banana muffins

5 min prep breakfast muffins!⁠

⁠Ingredients

  • 2 Cups almond flour ⁠
  • 3 ripe bananas ⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence ⁠
  • 2 tsp Silan date syrup ⁠
  • 3 eggs (or chai eggs) ⁠


Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Add to your muffin pan, sprinkle over some sliced almonds and bake for 10-15min ⁠
